Lance Oliver | Account Manager
Not only is Lance is a trained software developer, he is also an experienced corporate IT account manager. As well as managing corporate IT accounts, Lance has supplied ICT support to large and medium sized business networks in Canterbury for the past ten years.
Lance has certified in both Microsoft and Apple operating systems and is an avid security advocate.
These skills, coupled with Lance's expert account management knowledge, make him the ideal person to safeguard your account.
Iain Findlay | Support Engineer
Iain has worked in the IT industry for over fifteen years. Scotland is Iain’s birthplace and the country where his skills were honed. Iain arrived in New Zealand on a one year working visa and quickly realized that he wanted to stay longer.
Now that he has become a resident he is proud to call New Zealand home.
Iain brings with him a wealth of experience supporting both Apple and Microsoft products in local government, design & prepress, the private sector and education environments. Iain is also a networking expert who has been trained to manage Apple, Microsoft and Novell networks. These skills and experience, combined with his friendly manner make dealing with Iain a pleasure.
Dave Manthei | Support Engineer
Dave has worked in IT for over five years, on three different continents. Beginning in his home state of Minnesota, Dave started his IT career as a technician working for Apple, after training at the corporate head-quarters in Cupertino, California.
After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Technical Communication, he moved to London and continued working at Apple's then-largest store on Regent Street. With a work visa about to expire, he moved to Christchurch and found work at a third-party Apple support provider.
After falling in love with all things Kiwi, he obtained residency and now devotes his professional efforts towards improving and delighting schools across Canterbury.
Kim Adams | Administrator
Kim is the newest member of our team. Kim brings with her a wealth of administration and customer service experience. Kim prepares all of our quotes and processes all of our orders. You might even get to meet her when she is on site collecting and dropping off equipment.
